Eat Your Way to Good Health Presentation for ASA Conference

The Eat Your Way to Good Health Campaign (EYWTGH) is currently underway in various counties of Michigan!  This campaign is paired with Michigan's Coordinate Access to Food for the Elderly program (MiCAFE) toprovide a comprehensive community-based initiative that not only helps seniors apply for the Food Stamp Program but provides seniors with important nutrition information.  EYWTGH brings this important nutrition information to seniors through a variety of ways, such as community presentations and cooking demonstrations.

The information below was compiled for the EYWTGH folders that were distributed at EYWTGH community presentations.  Feel free to view these documents to learn more about the Eat Your Way to Good Health Campaign and it's useful information.
